Waste doesn’t rest and neither do we. Our proprietary technology is designed as a complete waste solution, optimizing waste practices in times of chaos and peace. While waste behavior is changing during quarantine, our tech is constantly adapting and adjusting services accordingly.
Traditional waste management can require a level of involvement that’s both inconvenient and can risk exposure. Our patented sensor monitors waste behavior, measuring container fill levels and detecting collections. This powers our advanced analytics software, creating custom collection schedules to match each location’s unique waste behavior — making us uniquely prepared for fluctuations, including pandemics. With sensors monitoring containers and our analytics software interpreting waste behavior, our tech suite provides the tools for in-depth, remote waste management.
We highlighted how our tech is helping essential waste workers in the field, here’s how our tech is helping remote workers:
Our technology comes together to create the most efficient and effective collection schedule that matches your actual waste behavior. Once we develop an optimized schedule, we utilize our sensor technology to ensure that collections are occurring as they should and that you’re being billed accordingly. WIth our Service Validation feature, our sensors detect fill levels and collections and compare it to your optimized schedule, confirming that services are happening when they should.
We display this information on our customer Hub portal, where authorized users can check on waste practices from anywhere in the world — allowing remote workers to check in on facility operations without having to go outside.
When our Service Validation technology detects that a scheduled collection has not occurred, we send out a Delayed Service Notification, letting you know we’re tracking your collection and keeping an eye on your container fill levels. A lot can happen on a collection route, especially now, so the collection may be delayed a few hours or bumped to the next day. This Notification keeps you and your team informed on the delay and saves you a phone call (and the time on hold). This feature sends a quick notification email directly to your inbox, so there’s no need to venture outside or interrupt limited on-site staff.
Our technology doesn’t just keep you informed on services as, and after, they happen, it can also anticipate potential conflicts. Our Hub portal notifies users of potential Missed Collections and Urgent Containers, containers that will fill prior to the next scheduled collection, bringing attention to required action. Alerts help managers stay on top of changing conditions, ensuring that containers that may fill prior to the next scheduled collection are addressed, and any dangers of missed collections are identified same day — without having to visit sites.
Since we’re always collecting data, we have a lot of information to share. Enevo’s reporting tools allow users to quickly access stored information on collections and alerts to build additional reports in Excel or your existing software platforms. These reports can be accessed remotely and can give vital insight into your business practices during this difficult time. It’s also a handy tool in comparing billing to actual services received. It's a handy tool to ensure services were performed as expected, and highlight where further action is needed
These times are tough, and our tech gives businesses one less thing to worry about. Our technology was designed to give empowering insight and peace of mind when users are monitoring locations across the country or just one they can’t visit right now.
Our smart waste technology optimizes waste practices. As long as there is waste to be optimized, we’re optimizing.
